Default Stock alarm problem

Hey all,
Got a little bit of a problem. I have a 1999 Mustang with a stock alarm and it seems that the alarm has takin it upon itself to start arming itself. I have tried everything I can think of next to just disconnecting the whole thing and I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems and if so how you resolved it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just call your insurance agent and tell him you now have a passive theft deterrent system = another 5% reduction. HAHAHA! J/K!
