Default power wondow problems

I just bought a 2001 V6 mustang convertible. The back right window was acting up and woulnd't go down at first. Then it started to work and now the driver's window no longer goes up. I do not think it is the motor because when i press down on the button i hear a clicking noise from the fuse box. It also dims the interior lights when i press on it. If anyone has any clues to what could be going wrong plese tell me. I would appreciate any feedback. I would also like to say that im new to the forums here and have already got some great ideas from you guys thanks.

My driver side rear window will occasionally refuse to go down too. then I try again the next day & it works just fine(?) When it works it works perfectly, so the motor itself isn't shot either, I'm not sure what the problem might be, but it's frustrating eh?

...I'll just sit hear & wait for helpful replies & suggestions too lol

Well i broke down and took my stang to the dealership. They say my motor and regulator are shot... estimate $360. I told them i would wait but im gonna go buy the parts myself and try to put it in. I did check wires going to the window and everything was getting power figured it was the motor, but i wanted to make sure before i broke down and paid money to buy a new one. hope this helps anyone else out that is having problems too.
