You can't buy Amsoil in a store. You have to buy it through a distributor. I live in Richmond, and there is warehouse here so I don't have to pay shipping. There is a post around here somewhere from an Amsoil dealer who used to hang in this forum.

Thanks thats why i cant find it.
Im good though i think im staying with MOBIL 1 i like it a lot.The car use to run at 170 with a 160 thermostat and in the same temps with the MOBIL 1 now i run 160 thats a 10 degree difference just from the oil.Im a firm beliver synthetics especially mobil1 is the way to go.
For those who havent used it or havent tried it and do not belive it try it.I wouldnt have belived it without trying it and seeing for myself.

Ive not got a oil temp gauge yet but was wondering for any of you who know if im running at 160 water temp what would my oil temp be?Or is there a way to figure that out without the gauge?
