Default Vert windshield leak

Well sorta a windshield leak... I had my windshield replaced because the old one had a stone crack. Well the shop that did the job did a pretty good job, the windshield itself looks great & no leaks around it.... the LEAK is coming from the seals that are around the C pillar where the plastic & rubber overlap. I took it back to the shop & they tried to remember how the plastic & rubber parts were supposed to be arranged but they honestly couldn't recall lol. I don't blame the shop they're a pretty good bunch of guys.. but I want the leaks to END! Could one of you vert guys check this spot out on your car & let me know if the rubber part is supposed to be in front OR behind the plastic part? For me, if the plastic is in front it leaks at the top edge of the seal, if rubber is in front it leaks by the door hinge [:@]
