Default need help with block ID.

i have a 351W block that is #erd DY687965 on the tab and in the lifter valley it is marked XXX on one side and 80 ford 7X thru the center and XXX on the other side would like to know if any body can help me with the year, is not a roller block.

thanks, now for every ones convience ill tell you what they said C=60 D=70 E=80 F=90 and the ID number always starts out with a C,D,E or F and followed by a nuumber ie: C9 is 69 and F5 is 95 and that number is located on the right side of the block on all ford engines above the oil pan.
