ITs a pain if you cut the wires. If you have to cut them just make sure you take the time to label each one so you can connect them easily. You shouldn't have to cut it though, you should be able to just remove it whole and transfer it. If I am wrong someone correct me.

No, you pretty much nailed it correctly.

Ford made all the connectors unique; you can't plug the wrong connectors together. This makes the job easier if the markings you make happen to fall off or rub off.....

Hey anthony maybe you can help me out. I just got a used GT40/explorer intake. I don't konw if you know any thing about them but heres my question anyway. I know you yhave to make a few adjust ments to some of the vacuum lines that arent needed on the underside of the upper manifold but I am not sure which ones. ALso as far as plugging the useless ones, do I just clip off the line to make it shorter than put a rubber plug at the end? Hopefully you can help or maybe know of a website that could. THanks

I've helped a local friend with his & my first Exploder intake coversion. But since the car does not yet run correctly; i really do not want to give specific advise yet until we figure out what went wrong....

This'll get you started though.....
