What Gear Ratio?

What Gear Ratio?
Hey all!
Just got back from the track, and my car sucks a$$, as I would have expected. The mods listed below are mostly sitting in a box, waiting for install. I'm still waiting for the headers to show up, and the now back-ordered throttle body. Anyways, it was the first not-rained out race day, and I ran the car, basically stock. Best was a 16.09 @ 85.3 mph. Slow enough to time the run with a sun dial!
Enough ripping on my own car, after all, its basically stock.
Now its time for the question:
With the mods listed below, along with a shiftkit and a 2500 stall converter, what would be a good gear ratio? Now, a little more info: This IS my daily driver, so I don't want to go to extreme with gears. My buddy has 3.73's in his '86 with a T-5, and thats good, but what about with my AOD? He thought it would still be okay with 4.10 gears, but I want to make sure.
What rpm's would I run at at 55 or 60 mph with 4.10's? 3.73's?
THANKS!

RE: What Gear Ratio?
Hey thanks for those klapdout! By what those calculators show, if I ran 4.10's I would put myself at 5200 rpms @ 92 mph in 3rd gear. Now, if I remember right, AOD's won't shift to overdrive at full thottle? I know I'll be doing over 100 mph in the 1/4 after I get done with some mods, so I guess I should go with 3.73's?
