Default RE: Progressive or Specific?

I can't tell you which they are but I can tell you what the difference is. With a specific rate spring it compresses the same amount throughout the entire travel of the spring. Progressive rates do not, they're usually a smoother ride normally but once they get compressed, such as during a hard corner, they stiffen up and your handling improves. Personally I liek progressives better on a street car.
