I think it has to deal with the Clutch disc. When you don't have a sprung disc it ill chatter thats why they use those more on race app. If it's on a strret car with a normal clutch. I think it could be the T/O Bearing, or the Pressure plate

chatter is from several things. One common thing is the rear mail oil seal going and leaking oil onto the clutch disc, which will cause it to somewhat slip and this will chatter.

also, a worn out clutch disc or worn out pressure plate/flywheel surface will do this as well.

It's been a long time since I had a clutch but it seems to me it is either the clutch disc or pressure plate. You will need to look at it. You can try to adjust it out some. The "grab" may need to be closer. The experts here will need more specifics as too when it happens. Cold, every shift, sometimes only when hot, and so on. Like brakes, the clutch has a thickness and does wear. There is a range of adjustment to compensate wear. You may only need to try that. Good luck!
