decklid swap/trunk lock removal
I just swapped out decklids with a fellow SN95 enthusiast. I wanted a smooth decklid, and he wanted a wing. Everybody wins.
What I am trying to figure out is how to exchange the key latch on the trunks so our door keys match the trunk lock.
Has anyone ever done this? If so, how? I've given it a good looking at and I think I know what to do and quite frankly, I'm not looking forward to it. [:@]
I just wanted to see if anybuddy has been through it to maybe give me some tips. Thanks![sm=smiley20.gif]

Hey whats up? In order to remove the lock, you have to drill out a rivet, then turn the lock cylinder and pull it out.
The rivet is a short 1/4" . You will need a rivet gun that will be able to do that size rivets. Hope this helps.
