Steeda Front Splitter question???

Steeda Front Splitter question???
Anyone have a Steeda splitter like the one on my car? Mine came from the previous owner this way and was wondering if any members have put it on their car? I ask because it looks as though it's just a cover that attahces over the lower part of your stock GT front.
