Default O2 sensor heaters- question

my o2 sensors arent heating up by themselves. they are bosch widebands, and im wondering, do they have built in heaters? i know there is a 4th wire that is disconnected off one of the plugs off the wiring harness...so i think that all i have to do is connect it to the bosch some how (it doesnt have the 4 wire) im a little stumped here, i guess i just need to know if the bosch widebands have built in heaters. thanks a lot
