Default H.I.D. lights

hey guys, obviously new to this site. actually, just bought my 02 gt on saturday. anywho> first mod i wat to do is upgrade these headlights to the h.i.d. kind that the bmw's have and whatnot. the TRUE h.i.d.

Looking at that kit it doesnt look like a TRUE HID system, they usually run around 1k (last time I checked anyway). HID stands for high intensity discharge, Xenon bulbs are just like regular halogen bulbs except theyre filled with xenon gas so they burn hotter and therefore brighter. HID systems dont technically have a "bulb" per say, the "bulb" is actually more like a spark plug, it sends a constant spark across a couple of electrodes. So that kit sound like BS to me. Look around for a REAL HID system.
