please help me im begging!

sorry to already be posting a prob,i purchased a 93 lx convertible<4 cyl..yuk!> and my son drove it home and the darn hood release pulled right out of the release holder! how do i open the hood now? ANY help appreciated!

first smack yourself 5 times for admitting to buying a 4cyl mustang. Then get a pair of vice grips put it on the end of the cable and pull.
