Default Speed Sensor/gear swap

Can you use the same speed sensor out of an AODE for a T5? And what about the speedo gear? is the extension too long to swap?

On the speedo gear question, according to the chart in this link-
http://www.geocities.com/mgnedell/no...ch/speedo.html
it appears that an 20 tooth gear for the standard has a different part # than the 20 tooth gear for the auto. Judging by that, I would guess that they wouldn't interchange.
But it's funny that the Jeep gear will work in both trannys. So I really don't know what to say.
