found a fully forged stroker kit fully balanced with SFI fly wheel and balancer, with fully prepped and clearanced block unassembled for $3,000.00. is this a good price.

hey socal..i just picked up my 408 today,,thats not a bad price,,my eagle inter,bal kit was $2200.00,,thats with no block,,i got $1220.00 in machine work..also,,got bigger cam, spr,ret,locks,,$800.00..still got to get netural bal ,bal and flywheel,,all gaskets and i will be back in bussness,,going to make a post on it dont have pics developed yet..fly cut pistons .700 lift 12.1 comp..if you dont get crazy on the cam wiil be just fine make sure the block you get dont have a slevee in it,,i hate a sleveed motor...

Yeah i know that is a good price, thats why i got it. The kit can be had at DES or www.strokermotor.com and they carry the LUNATI full line. check them out.

im planning on doing a 427. chp performance has one. they also have good 408 kits.
