Default RE: who here has done the CLEVOR head mod?

If the car is carbureted rebuild the Cleveland and buy the headers needed to put it in there. This way you get 351 cubes, no plates needed and all the 5.0 engine mounts and bell housing pattern work. If you want to go cleveland heads on a 302, go with the Aussie 2V head to get a little over 9 to 1 comp and though it is a miss match it will work, use a Boss 302 carbed intake. 351 Cleveland heads have been a 50 HP bolt on for a 302 with the right hydraulic cam. Total Performance in MI is very familiar with this Fake Boss 302 build.
