hey im about to buy a 2001 Mustang and i was just wondering what are somethings to be looking forward to good or bad that goes along with this car. i know i'll prolly get lots of pros but im more interested in cons and the such. things i'll need to look out for and things that are preventable.

hrmmm... honestly can't think of any - other than the fact that Ford changed a few things mid year - so when it comes time to buy parts some things may be up in the air (like water pump change etc. I think). No real cons though. They have different transmissions than the 2002+ as well. Im out of stuff.

 

Nothing notorious or anyting like that. Go for it.

 

the only Cons that I can think of is that as we all know there is no room for anyone in the back seat unless your crusing around with 10 year old kids, lol

Pros = Bad *** Pony! go for it dude! see you in the streets, I suggest you get a silver one.

 

Con: You'll be addicted to Mustangs.
