Not too bad
Just make sure you have battery cables disconnected so that airbag doesnt send you to the back seat lol
Remove the steering column shrouds, disconnect the the wiring harness connector form your ignition switch
then if you move your ignition switch to startup position (RUN) take out the screws that hold it in there should be 2
then the switch will have an actuater pin, disconnect the pin and the swtich should pull out...

Yeah when you disconnect the battery, disconnect Negative first than positive
the switches should run you between 30 - 40 bucks
Not sure how much they run if you have pats (the ignition switch that takes a chipped key)
