Default Does this sound right? (6cyl converted to V8)

Found this one local, was wondering if this is a common engine mod or going to give me trouble down the road (as many "frankenstein" engine jobs have in the past):

"...1967 Mustang - Originally a 6cyl car fully converted to V8. 302 motor w/ 351w heads from 1978 for truck and performer 289 intake, headders and flowmasters. Built C6 trans and a 8" diff with a nodular case. New suspension all around, new upper and lower control arems springs front and rear and edelbrok shocks. "

Any opinions/advice greatly appreciated!

Sounds good if it was done properly, & sounds like a nightmare if done buy a bunch of drunken rednecks lol.

You gotta examine it all as good as you can (from under the hood AND under the car) & see how well the transplant was done.

also make sure the suspension and brakes were converted too. bigger and heavier engine and tranny means a need for beefier brakes and suspension.

Yeah, I'd have a mechanic look at it for sure, somebody you trust.
