have a look at the radiator, and the a/c condenser. totally spray with water the front of each, and you will be surprised how much muddy water comes flowing down. This, plus a flush should totally help your problem.
I've seen countless cars come into the dealer where I work for the same prob and be fixed by cleaning the condenser and radiator fins
