can anybody talk me through a peddal assembly swap? i dont have the first clue how to

 

Here is a link to the instructions. I'm doing the swap right now myself and I have to tell you the pedals suck. Hopefully you have a garage you can do it in, that way you can do a little at a time. Hit me up if you have any questions.
