Default 06 GT stalling issues

i have a brand new 2006 mustang gt. when im driving steady the engine cuts off temporarily and then comes back to life. its pretty strange. when i put the pedal to the floor it cuts out and then comes back when i take my foot off. Its a manual transmission. if anyone has ne suggestions or knows whats going on with my car please help. i have an intake and an exhaust kit on the car and i cant figure out whats going on with the car. and there are no soft codes or nething coming up in the ecu.

I couldnt tell you whats wrong, but id take it back to the dealer since its under warranty. Sounds like a sensor might be bad.

The kits certainly could have something to do with it; I'd be curious whether or not this would void your warranty on anything related to your intake or outtake.

Or maybe you got a bad tank of gas? Is this persisent after each fillup, or has it only recently started? I once had a pickup truck that had bad gas and it behaved something like you described. And it was a bitch to get rid of it all too, not just from the tank, but from the engine. I needed all new plugs among several other things before it was back to normal.

Well even 93 octane gas can sometimes be bad. Have you ruled out the possibility of anyone tampering with your fuel when your car is left unguarded (or do you have a locking cap?)

have you reset your computer by disconecting the negative battery cable? it should be under warranty also. i doubt an intake or exhaust would cause mechanical illnesses.

Either way you have an 06 so the dealer should be checking it out from top to bottom to find the problem...
