Default condensation in Headlights

Anyone know how to take out the condensation in the headlights? Its getting me mad as on is all full of wather and the other is not. i just want it to oxidize later on. Thanks!

either the seal has failed or the bulb is no connected correctly

take out the lenses and drill a couple small hole in the bottom of the housing. It will take care of the problem.
