Default Rear passanger side is making weird noises.

Idk whats the problem.. the car rides fine.. all i have in the rear is Eibach Sportlines. with stock rubber things on front and top of the spring.

its been like a year or so sinse i looked at it. but i haven't hard weird noises coming from back there untill now. its just like a squeek type noise.. could it be that a shock is coming loose or something?

I've had the same problem. Sounds like the c-pillar rubbing on the body in my car. Its a sweaking noise when the car moves. If you find it please post back here with it.

Could be control arm bushings... are those stock? The spring mounts shouldn't be making any noise unless they are loose.
If it's the control arm bushings you could replace them with greasable Polyurethane but sometimes those are worse than stock.

I have a 94 GT and there is a loud metal to metal clunking noise over every little bump. It sounds like the rear passenger side shock is not tightened down all the way, but I know it is. It is driving me insane. So far I have put bbk springs in, new agx shocks, new gms u/l control arms, and new poly bushings in the rear axle. Please help!!!!!!

Default RE: Rear passanger side is making weird noises.

I replaced both upper and lower control arms on my 02 GT.One week after the uppers loosened up. I torqued them to 95 ft pound. Once I take or a hard turn or hit bad road (snap, crackle, pop) and he we go again. I plan on tightening it again and grease them too (It's starting to bind and squeak). Is this a norm? I was planing on buying the spherical upper controls thinking it may resolve this problem. Assuming that the solid ones are too stiff and the spherical may have a liitle more lateral movement? Are the poly's too hard? I love the way my car handles and takes off. It's just that they loosen up so easy. I hear that loud clack when I take off at slow speed. I go underneath and can actually move the control arm ( applying plenty of arm muscle) and hear it loose. Does anyone make a bushings softer than poly yet harder the stock or will the spherical be enough? Someone told me the spherical can cause damage to my torque box. But wouldn't the poly do the same thing being that they don't flex either?
Thanks a mil for your help guys.
