Im looking to trade in my auto 2000 gt convertible and some cash for an 1999 cobra svt. Will i notice a difference and im looking for performance so its a dohc engine which would be nice. And is it worth the trade in?

 

how much cash are we talking? Any mods on either vehicle? What about miles / accidents?
