hey i was reading in ModifiedMustangs(magazine) about the yelllow V6 Mustang this guy has, it acutally sounds like a fast car, and pretty decent considering its a v6 in a mustang instead of a v8. But alot of people are anti V6 in a Mustang.....lets get some oppinions going....i perosnally would get the v6 if i was to get a mUstang(which might be soon)

I think you're talking about scrming's V6 stang. One of the faster ones here. Sixers are welcome, there will always be haters lurking though.

 

What exactly do you want to hear? Of course a smaller displacement (V6) engine is gonna be slower than an 8.. the question is.,. is the performance of the V6 still acceptable to you??? Get one if it is

 

There's been a ton of v6 vs v8 mustang threads throughout the board, and it always ends up the same. The v6 owners try and justify having a v6 based on cheaper insurance and better gas mileage... and the v8 guys basically shoot them down by saying the differences are minute and real mustangs have v8s.

v6 and v8 owners will never agree... so, I dunno. Just my theory.

I'm happy with my 6cyl for now, until I can afford a v8.

 

BUT.....the only reason i would get a v6 is because......its cheaper, not as bad on gas, and some people cant tell that its not a v8, heheh

 

the yellow v6 Mustang in the Modified Mustangs Magazine was called the Mistress....i just looked it up.

 

you would have to be completly retarded if you couldnt tell if it was a v8

 

^are you kidding me.....there are SOOOOOO many retarts who couldnt tell the difference, COUGH alot of my friends are stupid and dont event know what a piston is or how to even open the hood on there Civic, hehe. but anyway, yea.....from the outside its sorta hard to tell sometimes

 

I know quite a few people who wouldn't be able to tell the difference... they're out there. Even some guys I've met ask me if it's a v8, which is kinda sad but I let it slide sometimes.
