My beater(96 Escort LX Automatic) on the way to work today was slamming itself into gears like it had an extreme shift kit. Any suggestion on what's goin on????.....Change tranny fluid????/ Tranny Flush????.....or worse???

 

Try changing the screen and fluid first and see if that helps, if it doesnt start thinking about taking it to a shop
