When i turn my parking lights on my center clock goes out. My tail lights wont come on but ,y turn signals and headlights work. My face guages wont light up. I checked fuses under the driver side dash , is there any other place for fuses or does it sound like i pulled a wire out some were.

 

Fuse, relay, or headlight switch. If your headlight switch is bad then your tail lights should still work when you press the brakes, the instrument cluster is on a different fuse than the tail-lights. They may share the same relay though, Im not sure. If your tail lights don't come on no matter what, then be looking for a relay - or maybe a fuseable link.

 

i had a similar problem with my 86, i checked all the fuses and relays and finally changed thr switch. the switch did it for me.

 

Its sounds like head light switch to me too.
