Chatter in the clutch when starting in gear. Broken teeth, Virbration and he could've been overheated from cltuch slippage

Kinda like these symptoms then; only acting up when at normal operating temp, bucking and jerking, nearly wanting to stall. It seems to behave a little better while the clutch is in and i'm off the gas!
