i dont wanna spend over 1500, i blew either a wrist pin or a connecting rod..so even if the new motor doesnt come with heads or something like that i dont really need em but i definitly need a new motor.. any suggestions??

you should be able to find a 4.6L shortblock for under that price.

Here is one for $810 shipped if you're not afraid of eBay. And if everything else you have works fine then you can get away with a shortblock.

check out mustangprestige.com, you can probably get something cheap there. call or email or whatever but its more like a junk yard but i've got great deals there before. they've treated me great but ya, hope this is any help.
