You should be able to put the factory alarm in from your year stang but it wouldn't be worth the time or money to do it. You can get basic alarms really cheap...and it'll actually have a siren and not just honk the horn.

Thanks for all the answers guys. I was just wondering if this would be a feasibly cheap thing to do, or if it would just be better to go 3rd party. Looks like I got my answer.
