Default rattling noise

hey guys i have a problem my car seems to be loosing power and i think i know what it is but i do not know how to fix it whenever i press the gs hard i hear a rattling noise coming from the engine this doesnt happen all the time but mostly when the car gets hot then it's worts anyone with this problem before? my mechanic said it's the kind of gas i'm using but i only use the best gas and i get the same result even changed my o2 sensor help please thanks

It sounds like detonation.This is a common problem with just about every car on the road these days.You could have carbon built up in the combustion chambers that is raising your compression ratio and causing the rattling sound.

This is a link to noise desriptions that could be of some help.
Spraying a fine mist of water into a warmed up engine can clean out carbon but you have to know what your'e doing or you can mess things up.

It sounds like the same problem i am having. It almost sounds like there is something loose in the engine bay when the gas is pressed. The sound only happens though when i am driving. I first noticed the noise after i chipped my car.
