Default 66 mustang seat removal

Wanted to know if anybody know how to remove the front bucket seats of a 1966 Ford Mustang and if special tools are need. I just bought a new carpet kit and need to remove seats before I can install it. Thanks

there are 4 plugs on each sides...above these plugs are 4 nuts, use a deep well socket (half inch, I think) and tape an extention to it. Some people say not to tape the two together, however, I have lost a few in between the floors

Thanks for the quick reply. Are these plugs inside the car below the seat where the seat rails are or are they under the car. I did notice 4 hole under the car right below the seat. Thanks
