Default Timing on a distributorless 4.6

Is there a way to retard the timing on a '99 Cobra. I would like to go -10 for full N2O capability. Thanks

Yeah, I have the Steeda Underdrive pullies and the timing adjuster and I love them. They are some awsome upgrades!
