Default Best mods?

I bought a 02' gt a couple weeks ago and im ready for some performance mods powerwise. I don't want to/can't afford to get out of hand with this on cost, i just want to play with it some. I'd also love to keep the warranty for the remainder of the term, but i dont want to wait that long to start upgrading. What, if any mods can i do to it to keep the warranty and make it go faster? Exhaust? cold air? TB? Underdrive pully kit? I know i'm being optomistic. Any opinions are appriciated.

Not too sure on the warranty thing, but most beginner mods are as follows:

Full Exhaust(Long tubes, off road x/h, to a straight thru muffler)
Gears
Short Throw Shifter
Drag Radials

Well, theres a few things that you'll feel a good differance from.

Good mods to start out with that aren't going to cost you too much;

underdrive pully kit
CAI
definatly full exhaust(get that air flowing)
a chip
and what Obsol3te said

Thanks for the advice,

I am looking at a kit from rpmoutlet.com that includes a Accufab Plenum, Accufab 75mm throttle body, and MAC straight shot with 85 mm mass air. $579.95 + tax. Half way down on the page.

http://www.rpmoutlet.com/newv8m.htm

Also, a magnapack cat back sytem around $570. With that said, what are some of your opinions on this setup. I considered a underdrive pulley kit, but im concerned with it cutting to much power to the alternator considering i have the mach 1000 stereo and it draws a good bit of juice.

Call RPMOutlet to get their price. If they sell it for under Magnaflows MSRP they cannot advertise the price. RPMOutlet is one of the cheapest places to buy Magnaflow catbacks. It should be no more than $410 bucks shipped.
