Lightning Swap in a 01 GT

Lightning Swap in a 01 GT
I need any input on how hard it will be to put a 99 Lightning motor in my 01 GT conv. Do i need a custom K-member and steering shafts? I already have 389 hp thanks to a kennie bell on stock bottom end. I have 94,000 on her right now and i dont think she'll live forever.

i saw on ebay somewhere today, a lightning conversion for sale.. i had listed a few of the mods to squeeze it in.. i remember that it had to be converted to manual brakes.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...35055675QQrdZ1
