RE: Pics!
So as long as the frame is straight I would be ok to upgrade the suspesion and use the vehicle for the road course on the weekends? Is there any thing else that could affect the suspension and handling that I should inspect. Also, is there any way I can check the frame for straightness my self? And I do plan on a roll cage and full weld in sub-frame connectors, any thing else? I need all the info I can plant my eyeballs on!

RE: Pics!
talk about being bent out of shape!
You better take that to the shop and have them check the chassis...if you don't and the chassis is bent, you're going to have plenty of problems..
Sorry, dude!

RE: Pics!
Well, what happened in a nutshell is, I got scammed. I was 16 or 17 years young and I payed $2,300 cash for the car out of my fish sented pocket while working in fast-food (Long Jogn Silvers) making a little over $6.00 an hour. When I bought the car from a private owner, he told me it had been in a minor front end collision but had been repaired. Anyways, It came with a loud stereo so I figured it was worth the $2,300 and promptly handed over the cash.
Shortly after I bought it the engine began ideling irraticly. Then I payed $1,100 to have the AOD rebuilt which did not even include a new converter. Not to mention crap like the dirty interior, dents, cracked and faded paint, missaligned hood and hatch, cracked windsheild, and shocks that actually collapsed on them selves once unbolted from the tower. So, the car was a death trap and I lost $2,300 of my haaard earned cash on it.
Currently, I'am nearly 20 years old and am dead broke. Since I was 16 I have put maybe 200 miles on the car. The rest of the time it sat in the driveway and slowly became completely dismantled. This has been my only car! Right now, most of the interior is in our back shed, and most of the motor is in a spare room, the body sits in the driveway with a cover over it to spare me further embarrsment..
Oh, I almost forgot. The loud stereo that had really grabbed my attention in the first place was stolen within 5 months of owning the car. I have learned a great deal from all this and suffored quite a bit of humiliation and depression. I just hope to catch a brake from now on and live a happy and successful life!
