Springs and Convertibles

I would like to lower my 2002 GT Vert. Can some of you with '99 - '04 convertibles post up what type of springs you used and how much it lowered the front and rear? I am looking for springs that are not too stiff. Be sure to state whether or not you used the stock isolators or replaced with urethane.
