Default 2000 F150

I have a 2000 F-150, I know this is a mustang forums site, but hopefully someone knows an answer. My question is: I have 315/75/16 or 35" tires on the truck. My speedo is electronic, and I know its way off. Is there any Cheap way to correct it
? I don't wanna buy a programmer cause they are expensive, but I got a huge ticket and I need to re calibrate my speedo. Any answers?

programmer is the only way to do it unless you have a cop radar you and you compare your speedo to is radar and just remember how much your off all the time. good luck. i have a 04 heritage edition 4.2L 5 speed and i want to get rid of the damn speed governor on it but i cant do that without a programmer so we are both stuck. but you can get more than just speedo calibration with a prog. so its got more than one good use.

Many people here have mentioned something called Speed Cal to correct just the speedo.
