Default Air Bags

I was watching Horsepower TV this weekend and they had a Stang with airbags on it, and then they installed them on a truck. Now I think I want those. I was going to just do lowering springs, but I like the adjustable ride height airbags gives you.

Now to the question. Do they offer a better ride that the standard springs or should I just stick to a set of Steeda Sport Springs?

I hear that the airbags pop fairly often especially during the winter they freeze up and you have to replace the lines and airbags. I don't have firsthand knowledge about it though. I also assume they wouldn't be all that great for performance

you can't corner or launch at all with bags. they will pop if it gets below freezing and they are expensive to replace. if you want adjustable ride height go with a coilover kit. i think eibach makes one. it is a pain in the *** to adjust but they won't freeze or pop.

they work great on a big truck. They all have them now. I was think about putting them a 3/4 dodge diesel.
