The FORD badge on the rear has two posts that will leave holes!
The side badges will leave a dime sized hole.

To remove the glue, your best bet is to use a hairdryer to heat and soften it. They also sell cleaners to remove tar and sap that may work. Read the label to be sure, though, to make sure you don't use anything that will damage your paint.

For very minor adhesives, like those on rear decklid dealer decals, I use Goo-Gone. Stuff works great, but be careful not to use any abrasive cloth or paper towels.
