Default Gear rumble/whine

I had new gears installed 3 weeks ago and they rumble when i let off the gas at 65+ mph. I took it back to the shop and he said they were fitting fine and he showed me there were no shavings or anything in the oil. The gears looked fine. What would cause this "rumble?" it only happens when decelerating. They whine at little at low speeds when decelerating. Am i getting the run around?

thanks

Mayber, maybe not. Did you have them install new bearings with the gears? New gears properly broken in should not make any noise either acclerating or deccelerating if the bearings are good and the gears were set up correctly with the proper pattern and backlash.
