is there an engine floor or can i see the street floor
when i open the the hood...meaning is thier suppose to be a cover between the engine and the floor?
another thing thing i noticed it looked like black tape on some of the electrical wiring?
not too familiar with cars
i took the thing for a test drive and did drive well but u never know....carfax checked out too...maybe iam just not familiar with cars

Default RE: about a mustang

Look at it this way. If the engine had a floor
underneath it would be a place for oil and
stuff to accumulate and get very hot.
That would lead to a fire....
The factory uses a flexable usually rippled
wiring loom to hold more than one wire.
If it were shinny electrical tape I would
worry some aftermarket work was done.
You need more than a test drive. You need to
take it to a competant garage or friendly
dealer and have them check it out. Car FAx
is not enough. You may have to pay them for
their expert time.
