Default Auto to Manual conversion

Hello everyone, im new to this forum. I have owned two mustangs, a 2002 GT and now a 1994 GT convertible. I just bought the car and it does not have a motor or trans in it right now. It had an automatic in it but i'm wanting to put a T5 in it. Other than clutch pedal and brake assembly and cable. What is it going to take to make it work? Is the engine wiring harness going to have to be changed or anything? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Justin

Thanks, i know its not an easy task but it's what i want. I have been lookin around and found some tips. The motor/tranny arent even in the car now so im going to go ahead and put it together, make sure it runs and then worry about swapping later. The guy i bought it from said everything was good but i just want to make sure.
