Default This a good deal for Steeda suspension install???

I was referred to this guy by my local Ford dealership to install a Steeda G-Trac II plus balljoint and a bumpsteer kit. He quoted me $300 to install it all. Is this a good deal???
Steeda G-Trac II consists of :
-springs
-shocks/struts
-caster/camber plates
-rear upper control arms
-rear sway bar
-front tower brace

Umm...Yeah...

Around here at a gas station that would run like $85 per hour x I'm sure the book says like 15 hours total.. = Yeah, you get it...

Even at $50 per hour times a realistic 6 hours or so... Well, hey that works out just right!
