Default 4.6 rebuild

Hi, I am new to this forum but not to mustangs. With that said, my engine is fine right now with 70,000 on my 99 GT.However, I plan on running a Kenne Bell at 11-12 lbs boost so I want to replace te whole rotating assembaly and install a main support gurdle. This engine will be built on the side and I already have a brand new block. Here is the main thing: I want to do this myself. I wantto undertake this myself and do it right.I am in no hurry but I need ( step by step detailed instructions on how to build from a bare block) I have sean hylands book and it has lots of good tips but no step by step. can anyone pointme in the right direction?

Default RE: 4.6 rebuild

The easiest way is to tear down an existing engine. Buying a 4.6 from a junk yard may be an easy way to look at what how it's put together. It'll cost a couple bucks, but may be cheap in the long run (plus you have more toys).

The tricky part will be the timing chains and getting everything lines up correctly.
