Default dead gauges

hey, all. For some reason the oil pressure, water temp, and Battery Gauges have stopped working in my '86 mustang V-6. When I got the car, it had a blown headgasket, which I have since fixed. Everything is hooked up correctly and all the gauges worked prior to the rebuild. I just dont know where to look for the cause of the problem. Is it the gauge itself, the sensors or the wiring in between?

thanks
