Head and Cam swap??

What can of HP/TQ increase can i see if i do a head and cam swap?? I was looking at the patriot performance stage two heads, with comp cams. Please give your opinon on other heads on the market.

you might get a better response if you post this in the Mustang 4.6 tech section instead of here, more people with your engine will see it there rather than here.
