Distributor failure for '95 GT! Help!

Does anyone one know what may be causing thedistributor in my 1995 MustangGT to malfunction???? This is the second timeithas happend. The first was about seven months ago. Any help would be appreciated!!

When it failed before what was the problem?

Could be a deffective new part.

Bad rotor/cap, trigger, crack, bad gear, loose bushings, worn mechanicals, [sm=icon_blah.gif]
